Fleet Operations & Asset Analyst

The Role at a Glance

Elior North America is seeking a detail-oriented Fleet Operations & Asset Analyst to support the management and administration of company vehicles across multiple segments. This role is responsible for overseeing vehicle operations, ensuring DOT compliance, validating billing, and maintaining accurate asset records. The Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between Operations, Finance, Risk, and external vendors, ensuring that all fleet-related processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

What You’ll Be Doing

Fleet Administration & Liaison

  • Act as the main point of contact for all vehicle-related items, including fuel PINs, maintenance approvals, vehicle orders, and relinquishments.
  • Provide support with licensing and renewal issues across Elior.
  • Route vehicle-related communications (violations, fines, renewals, recalls, tax invoices, titles) to appropriate corporate or segment contacts.

DOT Compliance

  • Manage DOT compliance for vehicles across all Elior segments –
  • Partner with TCS and segment leadership to ensure compliance standards are met.

Billing & Financial Support

  • Review and validate billing for accuracy; coordinate approvals and payments with Finance and segment liaisons.
  • Support Accounting with general ledger-related activities, including period-end and year-end processes.
  • Set up, transfer, and relinquish vehicle assets in Microsoft Dynamics GP for accurate accounting company-wide.

Risk & Claims Support

  • Assist Risk team with vehicle accident claims by providing required documentation and information.
  • Coordinate general ledger coding for insurance checks to ensure proper crediting to the correct unit and general ledger account.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in fleet management, asset administration, operations coordination, or compliance support; corporate or multi-site experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations, licensing, and vehicle compliance processes
  • Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., GP or similar ERP) and billing reconciliation.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage high-volume documentation and data.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Risk.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with fleet management or ERP systems a plus.

 

Where you'll be working

This position is based on site at our corporate office in Houston, TX (4920 Westway Park Blvd Houston,TX 77041), four days a week with the option to work remotely one day per week.

 

Compensation Range

Compensation for this role is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 commensurate with experience.
