What You'll Do
Design & Oversee Programming – Develop and manage fitness and wellness offerings that complement physical therapy care.
Drive Growth & Fiscal Success – Set and achieve sales targets, create budgets, and deliver services responsibly within financial goals.
Enhance the Client Experience – Gather client feedback on current and future wellness services to continuously improve offerings while supporting their wellness journey through class teachings and formatting workouts to fit their individual needs.
Lead & Mentor Staff – Hire, train, and mentor wellness team members while onboarding new staff.
Promote Collaboration – Foster strong communication between clinical, wellness, and administrative teams to ensure seamless care and service.
Maintain Quality & Safety – Implement and update policies and procedures to align with PhysioPartners’ mission, core values, and client safety standards.
Engage the Community – Contribute to PhysioPartners’ social media presence and help promote wellness services.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in fitness/wellness management or a similar leadership role.
Strong business acumen with experience setting budgets and meeting revenue targets.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate staff and engage clients.
Passion for wellness and a client-centered approach to care.
