All Star Auto Parts was acquired by TERREPOWER (formerly BBB Industries) in August 2024 and is now the Collision Business Unit. We specialize in remanufacturing auto lights and wheels and supplying high-quality aftermarket products in the collision and repair industry.
What You’ll Do
We are seeking professional and customer-focused Inbound Sales Customer Service Agents to join our team. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping customers over the phone. You will assist in managing a high volume of daily phone sales and inbound customer calls, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage incoming phone calls with existing clients
- Handle client invoices and credits
- Interact with production team to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain and build upon existing relationships with vendors
What You'll Need
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written email communication skills
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, including excellent follow through
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email
- Must be able to multi-task and use multiple platforms and systems for verifying part accuracy, internal communication and customer follow-up
- Comfortable in a fast-paced Call Center environment with high volume of calls
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Proactive and customer-focused approach
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to commute to the Orlando site as required
- Must be able to commit to your assigned schedule with minimal absences and be present onsite 100% during training
- Must have the ability to work in a Call Center environment where frequent interruptions may occur.
- Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations
Preferred Qualifications
- Call center and phone sales experience is highly preferred
- Understanding of automotive industry and parts is helpful, but not required
- Willing to help in all needed areas
- Spanish speaking is not essential, but would be helpful
