In this role, you will: 

  • Serve as the Technical Product Owner for Salesforce enhancement initiatives within a Scrum team.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with developers, admins, and architects to ensure successful delivery of Salesforce features.
  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog to align with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with cross-functional teams.
  • Leverage consulting experience to engage stakeholders and manage expectations effectively.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Conduct UAT and validate deliverables against business requirements.
  • Monitor KPIs and feedback to continuously improve product functionality.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and industry trends.
     

 

Who You Are: 

  • Seasoned Technical Product Owner (TPO) with 5–7 years of experience
  • Some knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud is highly desired
  • Strategic thinker with experience working with packaged software (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Experience working as a TPO on packaged software of any kind is required
  • Strong consulting background
  • Passion for driving product success
