Important Job Functions
- Leading and managing a claims team to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
- Assist SRM team in Preventing, Investigating and Managing (PIM) claims
- Maintain and update claims in the IMC claim system
- Track and manage claim subrogation
- Negotiate and resolve property damage only claims
- Report claims to insurance companies as needed
- Monitor insurance company progress on claims and report back to IMC
- Assist with accident/incident reviews and accident/incident review letters
- Conduct driver safety evaluations as needed and report to Claims Manager & EVP SRM (order current MVRs, etc.)
- Perform monthly claim review with motor carrier safety personnel
- Assign driver retraining as needed
- Process driver performance bonuses as needed

Requirements
- Experienced claim adjuster 2+ years
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook & Excel / Word proficiency
