We are seeking a Call Center Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter who is an independent, motivated, flexible individual with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Jacksonville FL team! Experience Recruiting for a large call center.
If you live in or near Jacksonville, FL we offer:
- Salary Range $65,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience
- Need previous call center management experience
- Prefer recruiting experience
- KPI driven bonuses
- Excellent benefits including matching 401k - fully vested on day 1!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Call center recruiting and management.
- Daily reports management.
- Managing KPIs.
- Weekly time clock and attendance management.
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments,
- Monitor call center reps and their performance. Managing attendance and performance metrics.
- Orientation and coaching of new employees.
- Counseling associates as needed.
- Attending meetings with management when necessary.

Qualifications
What we need from you:
- Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
- Recruiting for a call center preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Supervisory experience preferably in a call center.
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management
- Understand this is NOT a remote position
