- Plan & Execute: Drive project charters, WBS, schedules, and baselines; manage dependencies, critical path, and change control.
- Cadence & Visibility: Run standups, sprint reviews, and weekly ops reviews; maintain logs; create and publish clear status on scope/schedule/budget/risks via dashboards.
- Risk & Quality: Lead risk identification/mitigation, RCAs/post-mortems, acceptance criteria, and readiness gates; coordinate test/validation and reliability targets (SLOs).
- Budget & Contracts: Track burn, EAC/ETC, and materials; coordinate SOWs, POP changes, CDRLs, deliverables, and vendor/sub performance.
- Security & Compliance: Orchestrate RMF/ATO artifacts with ISSM/ISSO; align to NIST 800-53/171, IL2–IL6 hosting, SBOMs, and secure SDLC checkpoints.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain tight communication with PMs/KO reps/TPOCs; prep briefs, demos, and orals; capture and drive customer feedback into the backlog.
- Tooling & Reporting: Standardize DevOps workflows, reporting, and dashboards; ensure data hygiene and metrics for predictability, Microsoft Project, Power Bi etc..

- Anduril Lattice(future): Coordinate integrations to Lattice (APIs/SDKs, data feeds, mission services); schedule adapter work, authN/Z, and low-latency interop milestones across sensors/effectors and C2 workflows.
- Delivery Readiness: Drive fielding plans, training, documentation, and handoffs to support/operations.
- Resourcing: Collaborate with line managers to forecast demand and secure capacity; onboard personnel and manage access.
