The Customer Care Representative plays a critical role in the commercial operations process, serving as the primary liaison between internal teams and external customers for parts quoting, order entry, and customer support. This role requires a high level of ownership, attention to detail, and cross-functional coordination to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests from quote to order fulfillment.
As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:
Customer Quoting & Order Management
Preparing and issuing accurate parts quotes, often under tight deadlines and with complex configurations.
Entering customer orders into Oracle, ensuring all required fields and validations are completed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborating with Sales, Engineering, Sourcing, Tax, Credit, and Customer Compliance teams to resolve issues related to pricing, customer setup, and order processing.
Process & System Management
Utilizing multiple systems relative to compliance, credit, order entry, pricing tools, and order lifecycle management.
Customer Communication
Along with the sales manager identified, serving as the primary point of contact for assigned customers or regions, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Providing guidance to customers on documentation requirements (e.g., tax certificates, HTS codes, shipping instructions).
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Up to 3 of years’ experience in a customer support role.
