What you’ll do

Support the setup of market strategies by conducting market research, analyzing trends, and identifying growth opportunities
- Assist in implementing strategic plans, tracking execution, and providing feedback for continuous improvement
- Enhance customer intimacy by gathering insights, supporting engagement initiatives, and identifying unmet needs
- Gain exposure to commercial functions and explore future career opportunities within Henkel’s Adhesives business
What makes you a good fit

A junior or senior pursuing a degree in Engineering, chemical preferred
- Strong product understanding, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate technical features and benefits
- Social selling awareness, including familiarity with digital engagement tools and customer interaction strategies
- Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Effective communication and collaboration, especially in cross-functional and customer-facing environments

- This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.
- Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.
- Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
