What you´ll do
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle of open roles, sourcing and hiring quality candidates in accordance with employment laws and regulations and corporate code of conduct.
- Collaborates with HR teams and stakeholders to align recruitment efforts with business needs and ensure a positive and consistent candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize knowledge and remain active with multiple recruiting sources (job boards, social networks, and platforms) to source quality candidates, and create and post job descriptions and announcements.
- Maintain and build a pipeline of candidates including active and passive prospects, hired employees, and other designations.
- Develop relationships with managers to build awareness of their departments, hiring needs, and job specifications.
- Supports the development and implementation of strategies to enhance recruitment processes, communication, engagement, and feedback, aligned with global strategy.
- Stay abreast of recruiting and marketing trends and best practices
- Participation in cross collaboration projects and supports employer branding team at recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions
What makes you a good fit
- BS/BA degree in engineering, chemistry or technical field preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative and make decisions.
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.

The salary for this role is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
