Job Description
Northern Data Group’s AI Cloud Solution Specialist’s bridge the gap between the sales and technical teams, ensuring proposed solutions align with customer requirements and are technically sound. They are responsible for providing technical expertise, developing proposals, and managing the technical aspects of complex sales cycles.
This role focuses on successful solution delivery and driving growth within NDG.
Your role is to secure and win customers’ technical decision and empower them to utilize our technology. You will collaborate with clients, early in their buying journey, internal teams, and partners to design, develop, and deliver AI cloud solutions tailored to specific business needs and use cases
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead technical discussions with clients to gather requirements and translate them into NDG Taiga cloud solutions
- Responsible for the initial scoping and design of AI Solutions
- Develop and present cloud solutions that meet customer needs
- Create detailed technical proposals and documentation to support sales efforts
- Technical point of contact from pre-sale evaluation to product adoption
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, sales and operations to ensure successful delivery and deployment of AI Solutions
- Support the sales teams by providing technical insights and expertise during the pre- sales process
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud infrastructure to ensure Taiga Cloud remains a leader in the space
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in a pre-sales, technical sales or technical consulting role
- Understanding of data centre infrastructure and / or cloud technologies
- Capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to map requirements to and articulate the benefits of proposed solutions/architectures
- Ability to analyse complex problems and develop creative solutions to address customer requirements
- Proactive, client focused approach with a strong ability to build relationships
- Understanding of sales processes, client engagement and the ability to articulate the business value of technical solutions
