Job Summary/Goals
• Development and implementation of IFM EMEA's Sourcing & Procurement strategy
• Manage the delivery of sourcing strategy across the region
• Lead strategic sourcing activities for assigned client accounts within Integrated Facilities Management services
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Client Management
• Manage all strategic sourcing and procurement activities for specific client requirements across IFM service lines
• Represent JLL S&P in client meetings and forums, lead negotiations and deliver savings targets
• Implement S&P strategic procurement planning, RFP management, bid analysis and contract approvals
• Manage account resources through collaboration with Account Directors, Regional Managers, and Operations Teams
Supplier & Contract Management
• Ensure all supplier details are current and contracts are properly maintained and updated
• Manage framework relationships with JLL preferred suppliers and monitor performance against agreements
• Qualify and onboard suppliers in line with JLL compliance and risk management requirements
• Develop supply chain capabilities and identify partnership growth opportunities
Reporting & Performance
• Track and report country/regional savings delivery via relevant platforms (Jaggaer)
• Provide regular performance reporting (KPIs, sourcing activity, supplier performance, contract management)
• Produce QBR reporting and conduct supplier review meetings with analytics, savings, and risk assessments
• Support transformation activities including audits and transition management
Process Management & Training
• Ensure S&P policies align with country operations and are reviewed annually
• Support training on JLL S&P Strategic Sourcing tools, systems, and regulations
• Maintain sustainability and D&I strategy for accounts
• Manage SPOCs and SMEs, maintain current supplier directory and capability mapping
Requirements
Experience & Qualifications:
• 5-10 years in a similar sourcing/procurement position
• Deep understanding of IFM services and supplier environment
• Experience with EMEA suppliers and multinational supplier relationships
• Business management or related degree
• MCIPS or country equivalent certification preferred
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical, financial and commercial acumen
• Organisational awareness, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and procurement platforms (Jaggaer preferred)
• Fluent English; additional Western European language preferred
