As an Interior Design Associate, you will support the development of interior design projects from concept through construction. This role plays a vital part in delivering tenant-friendly spaces that are visually appealing, durable, and aligned with our company’s quality standards.

What You'll Do:
- Assist in reviewing construction documents (interiors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
- Help with furniture, artwork, and accessory selection
- Contribute to the development of design concepts that align with the scope, budget, and schedule
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and construction professionals
- Prepare and present FF&E specifications and presentation materials
- Work with procurement to maintain design intent through purchasing
- Assist in the approval and coordination of amenity furniture packages and deliveries
- Prepare meeting minutes, field visit reports, and organize project documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Project Management, Procurement, and Accounting
Our Ideal Candidate for this Role:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Skills:
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
