As an Interior Design Associate, you will support the development of interior design projects from concept through construction. This role plays a vital part in delivering tenant-friendly spaces that are visually appealing, durable, and aligned with our company’s quality standards.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in reviewing construction documents (interiors, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing)
• Help with furniture, artwork, and accessory selection
• Contribute to the development of design concepts that align with the scope, budget, and schedule
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and construction professionals
• Prepare and present FF&E specifications and presentation materials
• Work with procurement to maintain design intent through purchasing
• Assist in the approval and coordination of amenity furniture packages and deliveries
• Prepare meeting minutes, field visit reports, and organize project documentation
• Collaborate with internal teams including Operations, Project Management, Procurement, and Accounting

Our Ideal Candidate for this Role:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field required
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Skills:
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and AutoCAD
