Fulfillment Lead

Join Millennium Print Group as a Fulfillment Lead!
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Fulfillment Lead to join our team in Raliegh, NC. If you’re passionate about warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and logistics, this is your chance to work on products loved around the world.

What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor fulfillment associates, supporting onboarding, training, and daily guidance.
Oversee warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order accuracy.
Inspect incoming freight for defects or damage; ensure outgoing shipments meet customer requirements.
Partner with supervisors to resolve workflow issues and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate records in MIS systems and prepare reports as needed.
Promote a safe workplace by enforcing OSHA standards, company policies, and ISO/QMS procedures.
What You’ll Bring:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
4+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehouse, supply chain, or manufacturing jobs.
Previous experience as a team lead or fulfillment leads preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MIS, and standard warehouse systems.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods.
