We are seeking a highly experienced Chief Enterprise Architect to provide strategic leadership, analysis, and architectural guidance for our enterprise transformation initiatives. This is not a team management role—it is a hands-on, strategic position focused on evaluating the current environment, developing recommendations, and creating a future-state roadmap. The role also involves coaching and advising business and IT leaders to ensure successful adoption and alignment.

In this role, you will: 

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current enterprise architecture, systems, and technology landscape.
  • Develop and deliver a strategic roadmap and recommendations for future-state architecture aligned with business goals.
  • Provide executive-level advisory on architecture principles, technology choices, and enterprise solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted coach to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
  • Guide governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for enterprise-wide adoption.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to prioritize initiatives and ensure architectural decisions enable long-term scalability and efficiency.
  • Present strategic findings, options, and recommendations to executives and stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
     

 

Who You Are: 

  • 15+ years of experience in enterprise architecture across large, complex organizations.
  • Proven expertise in developing strategic roadmaps and delivering executive-level architectural recommendations.
  • Strong background in application, data, and infrastructure architecture with the ability to bridge across domains.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing, and executive communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience in advisory/consulting roles—preferably in multi-domain enterprise transformations.
  • TOGAF, Zachman, or other enterprise architecture frameworks strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work onsite (mandatory for the first 6 months).
