Who You Are

You are a paid media specialist who thrives on getting into the details - hands on keyboard, building and optimizing campaigns across every major platform. You bring proven expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, and emerging channels, and know how to drive results for both B2C and B2B clients.

You’re analytical and creative in equal measure. You love digging into performance data, spotting trends, and turning insights into optimizations. At the same time, you know how creative strategy impacts ROI and partner closely with teams to test messaging, visuals, and formats that break through.

You are proactive, collaborative, and client-facing - someone who can simplify complex data into clear, actionable recommendations. Always learning, always testing, you are eager to push performance further and help StrawberryFrog set new benchmarks in digital media.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms

  • Manage the full campaign lifecycle from planning and in-flight optimizations through final reporting

  • Audit campaigns for structure, targeting, creative, and measurement set-up to identify opportunities for improvement

  • Lead both B2C and B2B initiatives, with a preference for retail, banking, and healthcare verticals

  • Execute and optimize app download campaigns, measuring CPI and downstream KPIs

  • Ensure campaigns are launched with proper tracking and attribution infrastructure (pixels, SDKs, tagging)

  • Provide accurate weekly reporting on performance with insights and recommendations

  • Partner with Head of Media to refine attribution models and maintain data integrity

  • Deliver creative feedback and recommendations based on performance data

  • Collaborate with creative teams to test messaging, formats, and visuals tailored to each platform

  • Translate complex performance data into clear and actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 5-7+ years of hands-on campaign management experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, X, and other key platforms

  • Strong expertise in campaign set-up, optimization, and reporting

  • Proven success in both B2C and B2B campaigns, with experience in retail, banking, and healthcare preferred

  • Experience managing app download campaigns and driving measurable business outcomes

  • Deep understanding of attribution models, tagging, pixels, and conversion tracking

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and platform dashboards

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical data into client-friendly insights

  • Creative problem solver who uses data to drive smarter media and creative decisions

  • Familiarity with automated campaign strategies and AI optimization tools

  • Prior agency experience preferred

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $115,000 as of the date of this job posting, in accordance with the Pay Transparency Act in New York. The final salary will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as the specific responsibilities associated with the position. StrawberryFrog reserves the right to modify this salary range at any time, in compliance with applicable laws and market conditions.

In addition to the salary, the compensation package for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, disability coverage, a 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off, all subject to the terms and conditions of the company's benefit plans.
