The Crest Club Coordinator plays a vital role in championing Auberge's mission and vision, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality and heartfelt service to our Crest Club members.The coordinator is dedicated to fostering a positive work environment for all team members and upholding programs essential to the company culture. In this position, the individual is responsible for providing exemplary guest service to our members, while offering support to the Director of Memberships. This role will contribute to the overall member service experience; our mission is to create memorable experiences for our Crest Club members.

The targeted compensation rate for this seasonal, non exempt position is $23-$25 per hour. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.
Job Description:Member Reservations:
Prepare member daily arrival reports
Greet members daily in the locker room
Assist with pulling member skis from Ski valet and having them ready before their arrival
Alert the Falcon room team on which members are currently in house
Provide & offer concierge services to members
Assist guests with restaurant reservations, transportation arrangements, and local attractions
Provide recommendations for dining, shopping, and entertainment options
Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk and club areas
Assist the Director of Membership with updating Crest Club member profiles
Supportive Functions:
Exhibits initiative, responsibility, follow up, and accountability
Adheres to Auberge Resorts policies and procedures
Ensure ongoing alignment with brand standards related to services, amenities and facilities
Ensure effective coordination of all club program services
Enforce property safety standards
Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by the Director of Residence Services
Professionally represent the brand and property in the community and industry as well as with club members
Be a leader and role model to all team members and the community
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Software Programs to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of computer accounting programs, math skills as well as budgetary analysis capabilities required
Professional appearance, good character, ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs
