Online Training Solution Specialist Intern bei HAI Group

Internship Program Mission: 

To engage in the selection of undergraduate and graduate talent (in specific roles, advanced degrees) for an internship with HAI Group designed to support each student’s focus of study by evoking the utilization of acquired knowledge, theory, and skills for practical application at work. 

Internship Overview: 

HAI Group is seeking a motivated and organized undergraduate or graduate student in business administration, marketing, or related fields. Areas of focus include supporting daily customer operations and ensuring smooth service delivery. As an Assistant Online Training Solution Specialist Intern, you will assist with client communications, manage support tickets, analyze customer interaction trends to inform training and service improvements, and handle general administrative tasks. You may also contribute to light sales activities, such as generating leads, supporting renewals, and identifying opportunities for upgrades, upsells, and other customer-focused enhancements based on individual needs.

This is a full-time, paid internship that is required to be on-site in the HAI Group office, located in Cheshire, CT, Monday–Friday. The internship program will run from June–August. 

Major Responsibilities:

• Managing and updating customer accounts and support tickets using CRM tools.
• Assisting in the development of customer-facing resources such as FAQs, and quick-reference guides.
• Contributing to the creation of engaging client communications, including emails and onboarding materials.
• Support team members in onboarding new customers by preparing materials, coordinating tasks, and assisting with follow-ups.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing and IT) to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
• Support light sales activities, including lead generation, renewal assistance, and identifying opportunities for upselling or service enhancements based on customer needs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Academic Background:

• Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program
• Relevant coursework or experience in customer service, communication, or business administration.
• Coursework or hands-on experience in client relationship management, service excellence, or conflict resolution.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: 

• A basic understanding of customer support technologies, web-based tools, and/or client communication platforms (CRMs) and processes.
• Strong written and oral communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and quick learner.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Interest or coursework in customer relationship management, communication strategies, or client services.

 Experience:

• Prior work experience preferred but not required

• Experience with customer engagement tools or platforms (e.g., Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce) a plus.
