In This Role
Join our dynamic talent acquisition team as the operational backbone for high-volume hiring initiatives across the Americas region. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you'll orchestrate large-scale hiring events while working closely with talent acquisition teams and hiring managers to deliver seamless interview experiences. This administrative-focused role offers high impact and visibility across multiple business units with minimal meetings and maximum hands-on coordination work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for day-to-day hiring operations and coordinate large-batch recruiting events with complex interview scheduling and logistics
- Serve as primary liaison between hiring managers, interviewers, and talent acquisition teams while maintaining communication channels and coordinating interviewer replacements when needed
- Maintain detailed tracking systems, logs, and reports on hiring activities, trends, and program progress for leadership review
- Support integration of recruiting best practices, lead educational sessions, and collaborate with onboarding teams to ensure pipeline visibility and new hire readiness
- Develop, review, and revise hiring program policies and procedures while identifying process improvement opportunities
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of relevant business experience in operations, program management, or administrative support roles with 8+ years of recruiting coordination or direct hiring manager collaboration
- 8+ years of advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook combined with 6+ years of enterprise-level administrative support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional organizational skills with experience identifying issues, investigating solutions, implementing changes, and monitoring results through data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience with prior HR or talent acquisition team support
- Background in large-scale hiring events, high-volume recruiting environments, or customer service/sales roles demonstrating interpersonal skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, change management in recruiting processes, and knowledge of recruiting best practices with a self-motivated, proactive approach
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $52,000 to $62,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
