Are you a marketing leader who excels at building high-impact marketing teams and driving exponential growth in lockstep with the sales organization?
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Regional Marketing Director to lead our North American team. You'll be driving our go-to-market strategy, crafting and executing innovative campaigns that attract new customers, deepen relationships with our existing base, and make a powerful mark on the North American market.
This role isn’t just about marketing; it’s about leadership. You will mentor a high-performing team, serve as a key partner to our sales and product teams, and ensure every marketing dollar delivers maximum impact. This role can be based in our Chicago, Austin, or New York hubs. A willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives is a must!
What you will do:
- Drive New Logo Pipeline: You will own the strategy and execution for attracting new customers across North America. By developing and launching sophisticated regional marketing campaigns, you will be directly responsible for building a robust and predictable pipeline of new business opportunities.
- Fuel Expansion Revenue: Beyond new logos, you will focus on expanding our footprint within our existing customer base. You will work closely with customer marketing and sales to identify key upsell and cross-sell opportunities, creating targeted campaigns that drive growth and increase customer lifetime value.
- Lead with Vision: You will mentor and empower a high-performing team of marketing professionals. Your leadership will ensure every regional initiative is executed flawlessly, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. You will be the visionary behind our regional success, guiding your team to exceed its goals.
- Forge Cross-Functional Partnerships: You will serve as the crucial liaison between regional marketing and core business functions, including sales, sales development, and product teams. Your ability to align our marketing efforts with overarching business objectives will ensure a cohesive and unified approach to market.
- Optimize for Results: You will strategically manage the regional marketing budget to ensure every dollar is invested for maximum return. By establishing clear KPIs and analyzing performance data, you will continuously optimize our programs and initiatives to drive measurable results.
Who you are:
- An Accomplished B2B Leader: You have 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in the enterprise software/SaaS sector. You've led regional marketing efforts and successfully managed high-performing teams.
- A Strategic Thinker: You have a demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex marketing strategies that have directly led to customer acquisition and growth.
- A Master of Collaboration: You are an expert at building relationships and driving alignment across sales, product, and global marketing teams.
- A Data-Driven Decision Maker: You're comfortable with advanced analytics and use data to measure success, draw insights, and optimize campaigns for continuous improvement.
- An Exceptional Communicator: Your communication skills allow you to engage, influence, and inspire stakeholders at every level of the organization.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission
The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual skills, capabilities and experience, objectively assessed during the interview process.
