Senior Project Manager
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr Project Manager with a track record in achieving results to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role will lead strategic initiatives from planning through execution, meet business objectives, drive operational efficiency, and enhance stakeholder value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Skilled at handling multiple projects concurrently while maintaining clear prioritization
- Lead end-to-end M&A and integration initiatives, including post-close activities, planning, execution, and KPI tracking
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks/blockers: operational, financial, or strategic, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure seamless execution
- Communicate regularly with executive leadership and stakeholders. Lead updates with the Project Team and SteerCo.
- Manage change control processes related to scope, schedule, and budget
- Maintain documentation of integration processes and decisions
- Conduct lessons learned sessions and implement feedback to improve future processes
- Build and maintain strong, responsive relationships with stakeholders to ensure customer delight requirements are consistently met and exceeded.

- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication throughout the project lifecycle
- Assist in championing world-class project management values and principles across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
- PMP, CSP, or CTC certification required
- Minimum 10 years of experience, including M&A or integration projects
- Proven track record of leading successful post-acquisition integrations
- Strong understanding of M&A lifecycle, due diligence, and change management
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Experience driving cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to influence and align diverse teams toward common goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Highly organized with attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Planner
- Familiarity with project governance and stage-gate processes
- Experience in R&D or manufacturing environments is a plus
