Position: Graphic Designer Co-op(Part-Time)
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: 4 months
Date: January – May 2026
Location: Hybrid - Murray Hill, NJ

 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design program at an accredited U.S. university, graduating in 2027 or later.

 -A portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and originality.-


 

Responsibilities

•    Collaborate with senior legal and compliance professionals to support key initiatives.
•    Design posters, presentations, training materials, and other creative assets for compliance campaigns.
•    Use visual storytelling to make complex compliance topics clear and engaging.
•    Support communication campaigns by producing digital and print-ready materials.
•    Gain real-world experience in compliance communication and cross-functional collaboration.

 

Qualifications

•    A portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and originality.
•    Strong ability to interpret abstract ideas and translate them into impactful visuals.
•    Familiarity with branding guidelines and design consistency.
•    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


It would be nice if you also had:


•    Experience designing for both digital and print platforms.
•    A keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
•    An interest in applying design to corporate communications or compliance-related topics.
