The Opportunity

 

Ready to make an immediate impact? Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this role will see you efficiently addressing customer enquiries and providing prompt resolutions, fostering strong relationships with internal and external customers.

 

Key Responsibilities include: 

 

  • Providing exemplary customer service, resolving queries in a one-call resolution framework whenever possible.
  • Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all Sigma customers and internal departments such as Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Retail, Pricing, and IT.
  • Utilising the CRM system to maintain accurate customer records and escalate issues appropriately in line with company policy.
  • Building relationships and promote complete customer solutions


We are looking for:

 

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective relationship-building skills
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Proficiency in CRM, telephony, and other contact centre technologies
