Position Title: Business Intelligence Analyst Level II                                                             

Position Description:                                                 Hours: 40 hrs per wk.              

                                                                                    9:00 AM– 5:00 PM            

Work with all departments to identify data needs and gather business requirements; departments include and are not limited to: IT, Finance Controller, Relationship Development, Network Integration, Grid Network, Offer Management, Warehousing, etc.; review new change requests and requests for new reports and solutions; analyze requests and develop solutions using different data platforms: PowerBI, Python, SQL Server, Microsoft Analysis Services, etc.; provide support with existing analytic products, including both change requests and training; prepare data sets in SQL Server, Tabular Analysis Services and Hadoop for consumption by various business end-users; work with external data and cloud platform vendors to design and implement on-prem data solutions; develop and maintain API-driven SQL Server datasets; develop and maintain data pipeline and reporting automations; build PowerBI datasets and visualizations; build and maintain complex PowerBI tabular data models and visualizations; maintain and optimize PowerBI self-service analytic platform, data pipelines and security; create, automate, and maintain Senior Management reporting; prepare and maintain executive reports, dashboards, and presentations; provide actionable business insights for profit and efficiency improvements; align company to use BI created data sets as “one source of truth”; propagate effective data management, data consumption and data-driven decision-making; design and implement business processes and procedures around self-service dashboards and reports; work with Hadoop cluster on big data problems to grow business insight; and other related duties. This is a hybrid position that requires four days per work week to be in the office at 1Heritage Drive, Quincy, MA 02171. One day per work week is allowed to be remote.
