JOB SUMMARY 

The Inventory Expeditor's primary function is to resolve customer concerns regarding replenishment and is responsible for all aspects of supply management of a nursing unit. These activities include, but are not limited to, filling product bins when stockouts occur, par management, bin maintenance, and usage analysis to ensure supply optimization. This is a strategic position that will strengthen relationships with the Nursing Staff by addressing customer concerns and promoting a positive experience with the supply chain process.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED 

• Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Must be able to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment.

• Excellent customer service skills, exhibiting courteous, compassionate and respectful treatment of customers, patients, and coworkers.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly and professionally report and disseminate information.

• Knowledge of inventory management principles.

• Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office, ERP, and supply replenishment systems. 

   

   

  Preferred:

  At least 2 years medical / clinical / or supply chain experience preferred.
