Responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills
• Credentialing background; verify Dental License, Specialty, DEA certificate, Education, National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB), OIG, knowledge of Attestation
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Email etiquette (writing informal notices and requested information from our providers (Dr's) )
• Telephone etiquette
• Fax/scan
• Work under minimal supervision/self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Medical terminology (Dr. Specialties)
• Fast paced environment (ability to meet deadlines)
• Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) compliance 
• NPI Registry (NPPES (National Plan & Provider Enumeration System)
