What you will do:
- Field incoming calls and emails from financial advisors and sales associates; answer inquiries or redirect as appropriate.
- Collaborate with trading, portfolio management, operations, & sales staff to research and respond to account-related questions, changes, or issues.
- Produce and distribute reports both internally and externally.
- Proxy voting and support.
- Assist with maintaining, writing, and reviewing procedures as needed.
- Participate in business meetings as needed.
- Provide operational/middle office support as needed.
- Respond to and support compliance and general audit requests when required.
- Provide support/information required RFP/RFI requests as needed.
What you will bring:
- 2-3 years of experience in client service or operations in the financial services industry
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with some quantitative coursework
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Superb communication skills (written & oral)
- Exceptional client service/interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of UMA platform managed accounts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and problem-solving abilities
- Motivation to work on multiple issues/projects simultaneously.
- Ability to handle competing priorities, stress, and time-sensitive situations.
- Team player
- Must be willing to work market hours.
- Vestmark/APL system experience preferred.
- Series 7 and 66 certifications are a plus.
