Does financial data excite you? We are looking for a Portfolio Performance Reporting Specialist to:
• ensure integrity of data used for client investment performance reporting across nearly 4 million UBS custody accounts
• oversee systematic reconciliations between portfolio performance reporting systems and the official books and records of the firm
• investigate performance outliers to maximize data integrity within client accounts
• educate Financial Advisors and their staff regarding the performance reporting systems, calculations, and performance concepts
• participate in change initiatives which impact the team's workflows and/or performance reporting systems

• Weehawken: the salary range for this role is $65000 to $85000
The expected salary range(s) for this role as of the date of this posting is/are based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Your team
You’ll be working as part of the Wealth Management U.S. Portfolio and Performance Reporting team located in Nashville, Tennessee. We provide support to client advisors and perform data analysis for investment portfolios in an effort to ensure the accuracy of over 8 million client performance reports produced annually. The individual will work closely with the overall Portfolio Performance Reporting team which is responsible for performance reporting platforms, tools and support.
Your expertise
You have:
• Bachelor’s degree
• general investment knowledge and familiarity with financial products
• strong mathematical skills
• Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• 3+ Years of functional experience in areas like Performance measurement, analysis, or other aligned performance reporting function
• Ability to think outside the box to identify areas of opportunities
You are:
• an excellent communicator with good interpersonal skills
• analytical and logical
• team player
• highly motivated, able to work independently and apply own initiative
• proactive and detail-oriented, yet comfortable working in a dynamic environment with fast paced deliveries and changing requirements
