- Revenue Cycle Management
Summary/Objective:
This non-exempt position performs administrative duties requiring accuracy and attention to detail in the enrollment process. Maintains continuous contact with internal and external customers, including practitioners, administrators and support staff. Additionally, this position is responsible for communicating provider information to stated internal and external customers through established processes for enrollment.
Essential Functions:

- Data Quality & System Updates
- Support data clean-up projects: audit reports, identify inconsistencies, and update internal systems.
- Run pre-built reports on an ad-hoc basis to support internal analysis (initially for me directly).
- Enrollment Process Support
- Track and follow up on weekly provider rosters sent to delegated health plans.
- Communicate with health plan partners and customers to resolve enrollment-related issues.
- Billing-Related Coordination
- Assist with enrollment-related billing follow-up.
- Coordinate with billing, health plan partners, and customers to help resolve discrepancies.
- Customer Communication
- Field basic customer email requests related to enrollment. Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team members.
- Special Projects & Flexible Support
- Provide flexible support on special projects as assigned. This may include internal initiatives, process improvements, or external coordination work.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Preferred one (1) year experience in healthcare enrollment (i.e., healthcare facility, credentials verification organization, or Medical Staff Office)
- Preferred working knowledge of the health care and credentialing industry, regulatory agencies, and other national standards
- Able to work with minimal supervision and ability to work well in both individual and group environment
- Experience with Microsoft Word Office Suite
