The Communications Supervisor must acquire an extensive working knowledge of the Communications Center including a centralized telephone system with approximately 250 telephones, paging system with pagers, and portable two-way radios.  Maintains an updated employee database including vehicle information for employee vehicles.  Issues trip forms and vehicles for off-campus trips.  Ensures the sending and distribution of incoming mail in the facility mailroom.  This person will also ensure the completion of forms regarding Emergency Services and Facility Codes called on grounds.

Requirements:

    Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Experience with multi-line telephone systems

    High School Diploma or GED

    Must be able to meet criminal background, drug screening and COVID-19 vaccine standards

    Possess a valid driver’s license
