We’re searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our Scranton branch. This role is designed as a stepping stone toward a full-time sales position and offers training across various dealership roles. What You’ll Do
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll support both customers and sales representatives before, during, and after the sales process. You will:
- Order trucks for inventory and enter units into the Hunter Truck Inventory System (Arcadium).
- Maintain Arcadium status and location records.
- Manage deal folders for inventory and ordered units.
- Print and distribute daily OEM reports and weekly inventory sheets.
- Conduct monthly physical inventory and floor plan audits with financial institutions.
- Create purchase orders for truck bodies, warranties, and other items.
- Organize and order brochures for the sales department.
- Assist the sales team with information to complete deals.
- Learn truck deal systems, basic finance functions, and PA title work.
- Update online and print advertisements weekly; monitor responses.
- Assist with truck transportation, PDI, and detailing coordination.
- Organize new and used truck lots.
- Support marketing strategies for sales enhancement.
- Attend meetings and trainings.
- Maintain professional appearance and represent Hunter Truck positively.
What We’re Looking For
- College degree preferred
- At least 1 year of related experience required
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Basic truck knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Internet tools
- High energy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow into sales
Licenses & Certifications:
- Valid Driver’s License (must meet company insurability standards)
- CDL preferred (must meet company insurability standards)
- PA Sales License (can be obtained upon hire)
Physical Demands
- Frequently required to walk and drive
- Occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
