We have a new opening for a Front Desk Coordinator | Administrative Services to join our team.   

Do you have the ability to provide exceptional customer service?  Are you familiar with overseeing the operations of a reception area? Do enjoy variety in your work?  Then we need you!

Our next Front Desk Coordinator will:

  • Greet all visitors to our corporate office at 4801 Tradewinds Parkway
  • Answer, route and manage incoming phone calls
  • Review and respond to tenant inquiries
  • Support the office by managing office supplies, copying, collating, scanning, drafting letters, and overseeing incoming and outgoing mail  
  • Receive, review, scan and enter incoming rent checks
  • Complete special projects as needed
  • Update and maintain lobby protocols to ensure safety and security

To perform this work you will need:

  • Previous front desk, reception or customer service experience required, minimum of one year.
  • The ability to be polite, courteous and helpful to all clients and customers under a variety of circumstances
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with regular interruption
  • Proven problem solving skills and sound judgement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias
  • The ability to remain stationary 75% of the time
  • Ability to position, detect and operate office machinery including keyboards and phones
  • Capable of traversing in order to access cabinets and office equipment
