M&A Integrations Manager

The M&A Integrations Manager will act as a central coordinator, working closely with workstream leaders across technology, construction, operations, finance, and shared services teams to deliver seamless back-end integration while minimizing customer disruption and enabling long-term inorganic growth.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Coordinate the back-end integration of systems, tools, and processes (ERP, billing, OSS/BSS, HRIS, financial reporting, etc.) across acquired fiber networks.
• Manage detailed project plans across IT, finance, construction, operations, HR, and other enabling functions.
• Gather and analyze data on systems and operational processes during diligence to identify integration challenges and dependencies.
• Oversee the migration, validation, and harmonization of customer, network, and financial data.
• Identify and resolve integration blockers, escalating where needed to leadership.
• Maintain integration checklists, process documentation, and lessons learned for future M&A activity.
• Provide reporting on integration progress, system cutovers, and back-office readiness metrics.
• Other job-related duties as requested

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of project/program management or operations experience, with exposure to M&A integrations or complex back-end transitions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, and financial reporting platforms.
• Experience with data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
• PMP or other project management certification preferred.
• Willingness to work as a team and independently.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

ADDITIONAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical and operational details into clear action plans.
• Available to travel approximately once a month.
