Due to our recent expansion into Coopersburg, PA we are looking to add a charismatic and dependable Office Assistant to our team.

The ideal candidate would be an exceptional multitasker and incredibly well organized while also possessing basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, proficiency with Excel is a plus.

Your day will include many tasks including (but not limited to)

• Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting and sending mail
• Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed
• Maintaining files
• Data entry
• Answering phone calls
• Taking and delivering messages
• Ensuring the office runs smoothly
• Supporting the accounting team
• Projects as assigned
