TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify, attract, and hire top technical talent across engineering, IT, and product functions. The ideal candidate is not only skilled at sourcing and evaluating candidates with telecom experience/backgrounds but also must be passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and finding the best candidate for the role within the proposed time frame and helping shape a scalable, data-driven recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities:- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end recruiting process for technical roles, including intake meetings, job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and offer management.
- Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain robust pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- This role requires a 24/48 hour candidate submission turnaround time for all openings.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand technical role requirements and align recruiting strategies with business goals.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and transparent experience for every candidate, from first touchpoint to onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Represent the company at networking events, career fairs, and online platforms to strengthen employer brand in technical communities.
- Must be willing to actively post openings on LinkedIn and participate in candidate outreach via email, phone calls, and text messages.
- Data-Driven Recruiting: Track recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline diversity, etc.) and provide insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Must be willing to track and log all candidate outreach on SharePoint trackers daily.
- Market Intelligence: Stay current with talent market trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to advise leadership.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Implement sourcing and outreach strategies that support diverse candidate pools and inclusive hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in agency or corporate environments.
- Must be self-motivated with a strong focus on the timeline and the time-to-fill demand.
- Must be very organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in roles such as technical telecom, software engineering, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, or data science.
- Strong understanding of technical skills, tools, and industry terminology.
- Proficiency with iCIMS Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and inclusive hiring practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for specialized or niche technical telecom roles.
- Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, automation tools, AI sourcing platforms).
- Knowledge of compensation benchmarking and offer structuring.
- Exposure to Lean/Six Sigma or data-driven recruiting methodologies.
