Description

  • Check, verify, process, document, and file warranty forms.
  • Receive, reconcile, and record payment summaries from manufacturers/concessionaires.
  • Investigate overdue, unsettled, and short-paid claims.
  • Record and process claim information to manufacturer specifications.
  • Ensure warranty repairs are carried out to customer satisfaction.
  • Make sure documents are accurate and well-maintained.
  • Keep up-to-date with company announcements and factory recalls.
  • Organize and maintain customer and service records.
  • Manage professional relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Collaborate with manufacturers.
  • Assists the service manager in the preparation of monthly fiscal reports in the respective area.
  • Processes and ensures all fiscal forms are accurate, complete, and accompanied with appropriate required attachments.
  • Performs general office and clerical responsibilities.
  • Maintains confidential files and records.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and record-keeping preferred.
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Performance of extensive numerical calculations to a written record with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Computer usage skills; familiarity with current automotive computer systems.
  • Attention to detail; strong organizational skills; ability to work well amid distractions.   
  • Ability to identify, comprehend, and act on changing customer requirements.
  • Self-starter and self-motivated.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
