We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager in our digital advertising team!
Working on a hybrid basis, this consultative sales role involves showcasing our digital advertising and marketing solutions best suited to each customer’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Ideally, you will be based within the South West London region and it is preferred that you have a solid understanding of digital marketing products such as paid social, google ads, content marketing, digital display, video & websites.
Coming from an industry background is advantageous however not essential to this role. You will through great questioning and listening understand your customer’s needs and be able to present the best solutions we have available that will ensure great response and traction for each campaign.
This role is a new business development one, however you will have access to our active customer base as well as the opportunity to reach out to lapsed clients. You will also maintain and grow the existing accounts already utilising our solutions. The focus is on creating great campaigns, retaining customers, winning new business opportunities and overall increasing digital revenues.
You must drive and have access to your own car.

Role Requirements:
Business to Business sales via telephone, video and face to face meetings to prospective clients
Selling digitally-led solutions best suited to the customer’s needs, established by effective questioning and information gathering with the client
Conducting efficient research into the customers’ business or vertical.
Selling and maximising marketing spend from a given category and/or territory by continuous sourcing of new / lapsed business.
Developing “series” multimedia led revenues through self-generated calls utilising lapsed customer reports, case studies, new business lead lists
Establishing and maintaining a high standard of customer relations, service, and goodwill at all times with all customers.
Growing unique customer count through effective territory management and competitor management (with minimal supervision/direction from management),
Sourcing new business opportunities from multiple sources and recognising new business opportunities
Achieving set KPI’s based on the level of a telephone dial, conversations and conversations.
