RMK Management is seeking an experienced Property Manager in Schaumburg to lead the daily operations of a residential community. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing resident satisfaction, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance operations
- Lead, train, and support onsite staff
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Conduct regular inspections and address safety or liability concerns
- Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care
Requirements
We'd love for you to have:
- Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of Yardi property management software
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and property operations
- Organized, detail-oriented, and resident-focused
- Leasing License or Brokers License
