RMK Management is  seeking an experienced Property Manager  in Schaumburg to lead the daily operations of a residential community. The Property Manager is responsible for maximizing resident satisfaction, overseeing financial performance, and ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Oversee leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and maintenance operations
  •  Lead, train, and support onsite staff
  •  Manage budgets, financial reporting, and vendor contracts
  •  Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
  •  Conduct regular inspections and address safety or liability concerns
  •  Resolve resident concerns with professionalism and care

Requirements

We'd love for you to have:  

  • Previous experience as a Property Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Yardi property management software
  • Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and property operations
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and resident-focused
  • Leasing License or Brokers License
