- Strategic Leadership
- Lead the development and execution of DTR’s long-term strategic roadmap (2025–2026 and beyond).
- Align initiatives with corporate goals, ensuring measurable impact on Guest Experience, cost optimization, and efficiency.
- Operational Excellence
- Develop, implement, and monitor Lean Six Sigma / Focus Discipline–based operating models across all RDCs.
- Standardize SOPs across DTR, ensuring One AGR Way of execution.
- Build and manage operational scorecards (LiFT, RiFT, ThruPut, $/Pc, CPH).
- Transformation & Project Management
- Direct cross-functional initiatives including WMS migrations (HighJump, Storis), RDC relocations, racking/safety enhancements, and 3PL integrations.
- Ensure AFEs, capital projects, and technology implementations are delivered on time, on budget, and with defined ROI.
- Financial Performance Clarity
- Partner with Finance to drive expense reduction, budget accuracy, and forecasting clarity.
- Lead analysis of DTR Red vs Yellow financial performance; develop actionable plans to close gaps.
- Culture & Leadership Development
- Embed DTR mission, vision, and values into everyday practices across 29 RDCs.
- Partner with HR/People Development to enhance leadership capability and engagement.
- Reinforce recognition and accountability frameworks (Employee of the Month, WIGs, Rally Cries).
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate across Supply Chain, IT, Real Estate, Finance, HR, and external 3PL partners.
- Act as a senior point of escalation for operational challenges impacting service and cost.

Qualifications: EXPERIENCE | · Proven track record of leading enterprise transformation and large-scale project execution. · Strong financial acumen; experience managing budgets, AFEs, and cost-reduction initiatives. · Demonstrated success in building and scaling performance scorecards/metrics. · Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, or equivalent process improvement methodologies | EDUCATION | · Bachelor’s degree preferred but will work with experience. · Proficiency with Microsoft suite tools including Word, PPT, and Excel.
