As a Loan Processor, you have the opportunity to assist residential loan customers and have an immediate impact on exceeding their lending needs. In this position, you will work with lending professionals and other banking personnel to prepare and maintain loans from start to finish in a busy office setting. Your days will be filled with a variety of tasks, from preparing and providing timely disclosures to obtaining and verifying loan documents for accuracy.

The successful candidate will:

• Act as liaison between Borrower, Underwriter and Loan Officer
• Effectively maintains a pipeline of 40+ loans
• Ensure all deadlines including but not limited to closing and rate lock expirations are met
• Send initial and subsequent loan disclosures
• Organize and assess all documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Work well independently but also thrive in a team environment
• Radiate positive energy
• Be detail-oriented
• Be interested in pursuing a rewarding career in banking
• Have strong written and verbal communication skills
