Cost and Invoice Clerk

Location: Regus Office
Salary: £23,000 – £25,000 (Negotiable, depending on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week

Are you organised, analytical, and ready to make an impact?
We’re looking for a Cost and Invoice Clerk to join our finance team and play a key role in ensuring accurate cost allocation and invoice processing to support timely and reliable management accounts.

Your Role

You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the month-end process through diligent data entry and reporting. Your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our operations and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input weekly timesheets into payroll systems to meet internal deadlines

• Register and process purchase invoices for payment

• Allocate material and plant costs to contracts using daily Foreman’s sheets

• Collate site data to support cost reporting and analysis

• Prepare month-end accruals for uninvoiced costs

• Reconcile and distribute daily tonnage delivery reports

What You’ll Need

• GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Experience with finance systems or data entry is desirable
