Position Summary | Are you outgoing, confident and professional in all you do? The School of Engineering (SoE) is seeking an experienced Academics Coordinator for two new programs: our multi-disciplinary program in Integrative Engineering (IE) and our First-Year Engineering Program (FYE). You will report to the Director of the two programs. This position plays a key role in supporting the overall operations of both programs, assisting with administrative, academic, and program-related functions, and liaising with School and University offices to ensure smooth communication and effective coordination. We are seeking someone with experience in academic program coordination, undergraduate student advisement or student recruiting/admissions, who will also support accreditation preparations, course planning/schedule/catalogue, and day-to-day operations. Other responsibilities will include managing the operational planning of the program with the oversight of the programs’ Director to include (but not limited to) budget submission, budget review, budget forecast, expense management, grant management, contracts, reimbursements and purchasing, advisory board and steering committee relations, and public relations (coordinated with personnel in the Engineering Student Success Center and the SoE Communications and Marketing Manager).Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications | High school diploma or GED; at least 5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis. |
