As HR & Talent Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting change management and driving positive transformation across our business. You’ll be involved in every aspect of the employee lifecycle- from recruitment and onboarding, to learning and development, engagement, career development, employment relations, and compliance. Your work will help ensure our people processes run smoothly and effectively, allowing you to make a real impact on employee engagement, development, and our organisational culture.
Key responsibilities for an HR & Talent Coordinator:
- You will be supporting employment relations and HR compliance, including responding to questions, queries and providing HR advice
- You will be assisting with change management and project delivery across HR programmes.
- You will be coordinating learning and development activities, managing training calendar, and tracking progress.
- You will be supporting with recruitment, onboarding, and employer branding initiatives.
- You will be promoting employee engagement, positive culture, and representing the business at talent events.
Qualifications and Profile of an HR & Talent Coordinator:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience in HR, L&D, training, or career development.
- CIPD Level 3 Foundation qualification (People Practice/HR/L&D) or willingness to work towards within 12–18 months (sponsored qualification).
- Previous experience in a HR, L&D, or Training team.
- Proactive and organised: able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.
- Communicative and collaborative: strong written communication skills, able to create engaging case studies and internal communications, and work effectively within HR, L&D, and training teams.
- Ethical and discreet: demonstrates a clear understanding of HR ethical practices and maintains confidentiality at all times.
- Digitally confident: experienced in using or administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and comfortable with HR software and digital platforms.
