Hupy and Abraham S.C., a personal injury law firm headquartered in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a motivated Medical Record & Billing Review Specialist for our downtown Milwaukee, WI office. We are willing to train the right candidate, so those without prior law firm experience may apply.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Conduct medical & billing review for firm clients ensuring all medical care is documented, organized & outlined. 
• Draft & issue insurance demands for firm clients.
• Maintain & update the firm’s client management software system

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Demonstrated superior data entry and administrative skills
• Innovative problem identification and resolution skills
• Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to integrate and contribute to group efforts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal team members and clients
• Computer experience should include basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Legal software(s) (Filevine, Clio, Trialworks, etc.) preferred
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Background in account or case management, medical billing and coding, patient health records, release of information compliance, subrogation or in a law firm preferred
