Seasonal - Accounts Receivable bei Duluth Trading Company

Position Overview

This position will support the monitoring and completion of daily tasks that need to be performed in the Accounts Receivable area.

This is a seasonal position expteced to go from October to March.

What You’ll Do: 

• Support and assist accounts receivable team members
• Process open account collections, customer refunds, reversals and offsets
• Respond to emails and customer cases in a timely fashion
• Support month-end closing activities 
• Contribute information to improve productivity, quality, customer-service standards; resolve problems and process improvements
• Assist with performing all AR daily tasks including: reviewing orders in the fraud queue, account hold queue, credit limit queue, web tax queue, credit card decline queue, delivered not invoiced queue, and accounting cases, issue refunds via credit card, paypal and refund check, resolve credit card and paypal disputes, create payment journals, general journals, process daily cash deposit, complete excel worksheets, support store order payment and refund inquiries, and other tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For:

• B.S. in Accounting with at least 5 years of equivalent work experience in A/R and collections.
• Previous AX experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational, planning and execution skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work
• Sound business judgment that supports the goals of the company
• Past leadership experience in a team and/or training environment is a plus
• Ability to multi-task with the flexibility to change focus as daily operations require
• Customer focused with a courteous demeanor and drive for satisfaction
• Problem solver and able to work through order and customer history to determine proper solutions to customer inquiries
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Position Compensation Outline 

Compensation Range: $21 to $27/hour.

Compensation listed is for the part-time position at this specific location and is based on several factors, including experience, and qualifications. Benefits and perks may have eligibility requirements and are subject to change.
