Job Description: 

Project Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator at Ingram Micro, you will be responsible for leading the successful delivery of projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations are met. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement project management best practices, and serve as the central point of contact for your assigned projects. To excel in this role, you must be organised, proactive, and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
 

What your role as a Project Coordinator will involve:

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with the Marketeer and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate internal resources to execute projects efficiently
  • Collaborate with the Design Team to manage the pipeline of incoming jobs, ensuring priority work is identified and resourced effectively
  • Work closely with the Deployment Team to drive momentum, escalate delays or issues when necessary, and follow up on project performance data to ensure timely delivery of KPIs to the Marketing team
  • Monitor project progress and manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs
  • Conduct risk assessments and proactively manage project risks and issues
  • Facilitate regular status meetings and provide clear project updates to the Head of Operations
  • Promote continuous improvement and lessons learned within project teams
  • Maintain a results-driven focus to align projects with monthly and quarterly NMR targets

To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience supporting projects in a fast-paced environment
  • An understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) preferred
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront) would be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a changing environment
  • Project Management Certification (Prince2, PMP, Agile PM, or equivalent)
  • Proficient in English – spoken and written
  • Degree in Business, Management, or a related field
