Description -

This role is responsible for understanding the organization's products and industry, engaging with key clients, and designing customized solutions while guiding team members on technical specifications that drive the desired outcome a client requires. The role conducts market research, identifies new opportunities, and drives new business opportunities, whilst maximizing retaining existing customers loyalty. The role stays compliant with regulations, acts as a trusted advisor on HP’s portfolio on Advanced Compute Solutions internally and externally, fully engages clients for feedback, provides full specialist responses for all sales related queries from the account team, and can be called upon to support and resolve client issues to drive sales and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of the organization's products or services, as well as the industry to effectively position the offerings and articulate their value to potential clients.  Must stay up to date on all advances specific towards the ACS HP Portfolio in a fast moving and complex area, be able to articulate the benefits and options.

Acts as a trusted advisor both internally and externally on configurations, demonstrates the ability to ask, understand and present solutions on Advanced Compute Solutions and understanding the clients focus areas knows how to achieve the optimised desired outcomes alongside compatibility relevant software utilized in this area.
• Engages with key stakeholders within client organizations, including executives and decision-makers, to build relationships and ensure satisfaction with the organization’s offerings.
• Engages with clients to design customized solutions for their unique business needs in collaboration with the clients product experts and engineers.  Travelling to customer locations and understanding their environment.
• Utilizes expertise to identify new opportunities and enhance existing ones, thus boosting the sales pipeline, and driving pursuit.
• Conducts in-depth market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities and provides insights to the internal teams contributing to the development of sales strategies for the district.
• Concentrates on growing new business and supports all existing business for accounts in the district.  Playing a vital role in roadmap transitions, ensuring all customers are fully informed and guided towards the best configurations that meet their business goals.  Acts as a subject matter expert for creating configurations using the relevant tools such as One Config to enable pricing and builds stay accurate and relevant.
• Gathers and relays feedback from clients to the internal teams to help refine existing offerings and guide the development of new products or features.
• Stays informed about industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements that may impact sales activities, ensuring that all engagements are compliant.
• Acts as a point of contact for resolving client issues and concerns, working closely with customer support or service teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
