Job Role
• We are seeking a QA Engineer with around 3+ years of experience in automation,
manual.
• The role requires end-to-end testing across frontend and backend systems, building
robust test automation, performing performance testing, and ensuring smooth predeployment validation.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for frontend (UI) and backend
(APIs, services).
• Perform manual testing (functional, regression, exploratory, UAT) on both frontend
and backend systems.
• Build and maintain test frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress).
• Conduct integration testing across frontend, backend, and third-party APIs.
• Execute performance/load tests and provide optimization insights.
• Define and execute test plans, regression suites, and release readiness checks.
• Participate in pre-deployment and release testing, validating features before
production rollout.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps to ensure test
coverage in CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, log, and track defects/bugs, ensuring root cause analysis and timely fixes.
• Provide QA metrics and quality reports to stakeholders.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives).
Requirements
- 3+ years of QA experience with a mix of automation, manual, and performance testing.
- Hands-on experience with UI automation tools.
- Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, Newman).
- Experience in performance/load testing (JMeter, k6, Locust).
- Familiarity with manual testing methodologies (exploratory, UAT, boundary testing).
- Proficiency in c# programming language.
- Strong knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices and test planning.
- Experience with bug tracking/test management tools (Jira, TestRail, Azure Test Plans).
- Experience with AI-assisted testing tools (Testim, Copilot, ChatGPT-based QA).
Nice to Have
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure)
Required Qualifications / Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a
related field (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)
• 3+ years of QA experience with a mix of automation, manual, and performance
testing
