Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
1. Supply Chain Finance & Accounting
Lead finance accounting processes across external and internal trading entities.
Ensure compliance and optimization of intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and group reporting.
2. Standard Costing & Product Costing
Design and configure product costing building blocks.
Define costing variants, valuation strategies, overhead costing sheets, and template allocations.
Implement mass costing, parallel processing, and mixed costing functionalities.
Deliver comprehensive standard costing solutions with multiple versions, reporting, and production version management.
3. Sales Order Costing
Manage end-to-end sales order costing processes, including RA (Results Analysis), settlement, and SD/MM/PP integration.
Design solutions for drop shipment, consignment, configure-to-order, and engineer-to-order processes.
Implement profit center substitution and multiple valuation approaches for sales order costing.
4. Production Order Costing
Configure Make-to-Stock, Discrete, and Repetitive Manufacturing costing processes.
Implement scrap variance, target costing, and mixed costing functionalities.
Integrate subcontracting, split valuation, and valuated stock in-transit with costing.
5. Material Ledger & Actual Costing
Lead Material Ledger (ML) and Actual Costing implementations.
Design transfer pricing, dynamic price change, accruals, and deferred account processes.
Execute ML closing cockpit, including actual cost component split, COGS split, and inventory impact accounting.
Leverage Fiori CDS views for reporting and develop custom CDS views.
6. Managerial Accounting & Controlling (CO)
Drive plan versions, FI/CO integration, parallel accounting, and multiple valuation approaches.
Implement currency and valuation profiles for legal, group, and profit center reporting.
7. Profitability Analysis (CO-PA) & SAP PaPM
Deliver combined COPA, realignment, derivation, and planning solutions.
Integrate COPA with BI and develop PaPM allocation rules, strategies, and advanced profitability reports.
Design complex cost analysis reports using PaPM.
8. Cost Center Accounting
Lead cost center planning, activity-based planning, and budgeting processes.
Configure universal allocation, template allocation, and statistical cost center functionality.
Drive investment measures and profiles.
9. Cross-Module & Business Process Expertise
Ensure seamless FI integration with MM, SD, and PP.
Support EDI processes and digital transformation initiatives.
Apply technical knowledge in debugging and complex issue analysis.
Explore automation with APIs, RPA, and digital tools for costing and controlling processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA), Cost Accountant (CMA), CPA, or equivalent preferred.
12+ years of functional experience in SAP FI/CO (Controlling, Product Costing, Material Ledger, COPA, PaPM, Cost Center Accounting).
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling with strong integration to MM, SD, and PP.
Deep knowledge of supply chain finance, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and reporting.
Demonstrated experience in global implementations, solution design, and process harmonization.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex finance-transformation programs.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Experience in SAP RAR, BRIM, or FSCM.
Exposure to automation frameworks, robotics, and advanced reporting tools.
Involvement in digital finance transformation projects.
